Payment Method
Our site accepts the following payment methods:
credit card
Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and JCB brand cards.
Pay Later
No credit card required.
Shop with just your email address and mobile number.
Multiple purchases can be paid for together by the 10th of the following month.
When you sign up for PaydyPlus for free, you can take advantage of features like 3 monthly installments with no fees* and monthly budget settings.
*Only direct debit and bank transfer are free of installment fees.
**3 installments deferred payment requires registration the first time you use the service. Also, it is only available for purchases of 3,000 yen or more per transaction.
About delivery and shipping charges
Delivery company: Japan Post or Sagawa Express
Delivery time: Usually shipped within 5 to 21 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after payment is completed.
Shipping fee: Nationwide flat rate shipping fee of 799 yen
- Shipping is free for orders over 15,000 yen.
- For remote islands, a relay fee may apply, in which case we will contact you before shipping.
- Please note that in some cases, we may change the shipping company to a comparable carrier without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been completed.
Return and exchange conditions
If you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, we will accept returns or exchanges for the same product only if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. We will cover the shipping costs for returns due to defects or damage.
*The listed sizes are basically measured flat, so there may be some slight errors.
*Overseas products may not have as strict product standards as Japanese products, and the sewing and construction may be poorly done.
*Depending on your monitor or display environment, the color and texture of the actual product may differ from what you see on your screen.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed via our system (Shopify.Japan), so it will take 10 to 14 business days to process the refund. If you paid at a convenience store, we will refund your money within 5 business days after you provide us with your bank details.
▶If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us specifying which option you would like and attach the defective part.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, etc.)
・Items without tags
・Items that have been delivered more than 48 hours ago
- Products that have been used, altered, washed or dry cleaned
・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession
Important points to note when using this service
1) Our store has a high inventory liquidity, so there may be cases where an item is out of stock or delivery is delayed after an order is placed. If there is a shortage of an item due to the supplier's circumstances, we will refund the missing item, so please rest assured.
2) The color of the product may differ from the image due to the lighting conditions and indoors. Also, please understand that the color may differ depending on the characteristics of each monitor.
3) We do not accept color or size changes after the order has been completed.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size changes, different colors, different images, or actual measurements.
- As this is an overseas product, the sewing may be rough. There may be fraying, loose threads, no washing tags, wrinkles, loose beads and buttons, etc. Please understand this before purchasing.
- Please note that some jeans and denim bottoms do not have buttonholes because they are made overseas. In that case, you will need to make holes yourself.
4) Once an order has been completed, we will not accept any changes, additions or cancellations to products.
5) Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than shipping. Please feel free to use our services.

Below are some frequently asked questions. Please be sure to read them before purchasing.
①Product arrival and departure period
Since our shop has inventory overseas, we will order the product after you have completed your order. After you have completed your order, we will send you an order completion email, but the product has not been shipped at that point.
Regarding shipping, if you choose deferred payment, it will take about 5-10 business days after your order is completed. If you choose a payment method other than deferred payment, it will take about 5-10 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Please note that shipments may be delayed if there is a high volume of orders or due to shipping procedures.
Please note that delivery dates and times are based on business days, and we do not accept orders or ship items on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping costs are 799 yen nationwide.

② If you don't receive an order completion email
There may be an error in the email address you registered when placing your order, or the email may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check again.
③About order cancellation
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been completed.
④ Regarding long-term absence and incomplete address
If you are not at home, the shipping company will notify you by sending a notification of absence. Please use the notification to request redelivery yourself.
If more than 7 days have passed since the shipping date and the customer cannot be contacted or has refused to receive the product, the product will be stored at the delivery company's office for 7 days. If 7 days have passed, the product will not be delivered again. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for items that are refused.
*If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.
・We have noticed that many customers forget to fill in their address, so please check it when purchasing.
*We can accept reshipment, but we will charge an additional 1,000 yen as a reshipment fee.
If cancellations due to customer reasons (long-term absence, incorrect address, etc.) continue, we will take measures to restrict payment methods. Please receive your ordered items within the period.
